Position:Recruitment Consultant - Construction

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Management:
    • Conduct regular morning check-ins with candidates and clients.
    • Register new applicants and update the Sigma system with new starters.
    • Prepare weekly email to payroll with worker details.
    • Conduct candidate updates and ring-rounds
    • Verifying worker deployment and managing placements on the in-house applicant tracking system
  • Client Management:
    • Contacting present and legacy clients to manage relationships and develop business.
    • Contacting new and target clients to introduce our recruitment and staffing service.
      Add job orders and advertise new roles.
    • Actively engage in sales and lead generation.
    • Answer incoming calls from construction clients.
    • Conduct site visits to build relationships with clients.
    • Ensure all new client information, including invoicing contacts, is accurately entered into the system.
  • Operational Tasks:
    • Assist with collating timesheets as needed.
    • Resourcing: Fill client vacancies effectively, in a timely manner.
    • Conduct compliance checks to ensure adherence to industry regulations.
    • Obtain worker references

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software.
  • A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
