We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Rotherham office. Whether you are an established Senior Recruitment Consultant looking for a new challenge or a Recruitment Consultant ready to take on a senior role, gap personnel can provide you with the tools you need to be successful.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the branch in achieving budgeted and non-financial targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating the best commercial terms
  • Generate new business through cold calling
  • Manage and improve service levels for client accounts
  • Achieve agreed targets, both financial and non-financial
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation

Your Experience:

  • Proven track record of growing and retaining business
  • Experience in developing team members
  • Good knowledge of the recruitment market in South Yorkshire
  • Ability to attract and recruit candidates to meet client needs
  • Experience managing clients in challenging times
  • Success in winning new business

The gap personnel Rotherham office has a strong presence in the local market. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work across Yorkshire without territorial restrictions. Our extensive back-office support includes Marketing, Compliance, Sales Support, Credit Control, and Centralised and Localised Sales Divisions to help you win and manage business.

What You'll Receive:

  • Basic salary up to £30,000pa + bonus for new and existing business
  • Full-time hours (37.5hrs)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (33 in total); option to purchase up to 5 additional holiday days per year
