JWB Recruitment was established in 2023 and specialise in M&E recruitment, due to ongoing success we are looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

The position will require the successful candidate to build their own desk in their preferred sector. You will be responsible for delivering a 360-recruitment process, this will include identifying clients and candidates, negotiating favourable terms and seeing placements through to completion. You will have the ability to deliver placements on a contract or permanent basis anywhere within the UK.

Your responsibilities:

  • Find and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards and social media.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Requirements:
