We are a dynamic and growing recruitment business seeking a motivated and results-driven self-employed Telephone Client Resourcer to join our team on a part-time, commission-only basis. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong communication skills who thrives on building relationships and delivering results.
As a Telephone Client Resourcer, your primary responsibility will be to identify, contact, and engage with potential clients to support the growth of our recruitment business. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying hiring needs, promoting our recruitment services, and establishing partnerships with businesses across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients who are hiring or may require recruitment support.
- Outbound Calls: Proactively make outbound calls to businesses to introduce our recruitment services, uncover their hiring needs, and build relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Appointment Setting: Secure meetings or calls with potential clients for senior consultants to discuss recruitment solutions in more detail.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and leads in the company CRM.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and opportunities in the market.
