Compliance Manager
Location: Rotherham S63
Contract: Full-time 40 hours per week

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure our policies, procedures, and practices align with current legislation and industry best practices.
The Role
As our Compliance Manager, you will be a key strategic leader responsible for duties including:
- Developing reviewing and implementing company-wide policies to maintain compliance with OFSTED, CQC, and other regulatory bodies.
- Conducting regular audits and risk assessments to identify gaps and ensure continuous improvement.
- Monitoring legislative changes and advising senior leadership on necessary adjustments.
- Leading compliance training and fostering a culture of best practices.
- Overseeing CHAS registration renewals, ICO Data Protection compliance, and bid submissions for contractual opportunities.
- Managing and developing the Compliance Department, ensuring a high-performance team.
