Compliance Manager

Location: Rotherham S63
Contract: Full-time 40 hours per week

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure our policies, procedures, and practices align with current legislation and industry best practices.

The Role

As our Compliance Manager, you will be a key strategic leader responsible for duties including:

  • Developing reviewing and implementing company-wide policies to maintain compliance with OFSTED, CQC, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Conducting regular audits and risk assessments to identify gaps and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring legislative changes and advising senior leadership on necessary adjustments.
  • Leading compliance training and fostering a culture of best practices.
  • Overseeing CHAS registration renewals, ICO Data Protection compliance, and bid submissions for contractual opportunities.
  • Managing and developing the Compliance Department, ensuring a high-performance team.
  • Complaints handling
