A manufacturer of advanced engineered products supplied to a range of sectors as a new vacancy for a Head of Business Development to lead their marine division. Joining at a time of new product launch and market penetration, candidates are sought with a good understand of the global marine sector and will have a proven track record of defining & executing sales strategies and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute global sales strategy to meet business objectives.

Develop customer specific strategies to win market share.

Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project delivery and performance.
