My client is a PE-backed tech and digital transformation business specializing in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, AI, Data, and PowerApps. Our mission is to drive growth and operational efficiency through innovative solutions, including modernizing legacy systems for greater agility.

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Directors to manage and grow our most important client relationships. This role involves driving revenue and gross profit growth through strong client engagement, strategic account planning, and cross-selling our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Act as the primary contact for key accounts, aligning our solutions with their business needs.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our service offerings.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans with clients.
  • Customer Advocacy: Represent client interests internally, communicating feedback and needs.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Industry Insights: Stay current on industry trends to address client needs proactively.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years in key account management within technology (digital transformation, Azure, AI, etc.).
  • Proven success managing large accounts, achieving growth targets, and building C-suite relationships.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services preferred.
