Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Rotherham
Pay Rate: £155 - £220 per day
GSL Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join secondary schools in Rotherham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students, instill confidence in mathematics, and help them unlock their full potential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student achievement.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in Mathematics.
- Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Strong understanding of the Maths curriculum and exam requirements.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
