Administrator for production, sales and field service technicians
Part-time - 4 hours per day - £12.66ph
Based at a busy manufacturing plant at Goldthorpe

In your role as an administrator, you will be expected to provide an efficient and effective service to customers.
You will be responsible to plan, schedule and prioritise all service, maintenance, sales and delivery calls for our customers all over the UK and to coordinate with the rest of the team to carry these out to maximum efficiency.
The role will include:

  • Working within a small team of Field Service coordinators and production administrator receiving service requests from both internal and external customers
  • Inputting data onto SAP & FSM and communicate effectively with the team
  • Effective triage of service requests to ensure relevant information is gathered and accurately recorded to support the 'first time fix' of plant in the field
  • Through a thorough technical understanding of our equipment (for which training will be provided), encourage and assist our customers in diagnosing and where possible, resolve faults remotely
  • Dispatch service calls to a team of Field Service Technicians using SAP FSM
  • Communicate with customers to keep them updated and informed of any changes to the agreed pathway
  • Review daily completion of service calls and reschedule any calls not completed
  • Daily reporting of any issues to the Management.
  • Following internal processes and procedures to ensure a consistently high level of service.
