Female Support WorkerPay rate: £12.36 - £12.55 (weekly pay)Shift Pattern: 06:45am - 07:00pm (Days)Requirements: Full UK Driver's Licence.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based in/around the Rotherham area and able to commute.
We've got a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in Thurcroft, Rotherham. This young man we support suffers from spinal injury and we need support with all aspect of personal care and other aspects of daily living.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Workers cover all manners of support for others - from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping.
Support with all facets of daily living.
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times.
Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members.
confidentiality and respect privacy.
Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided.
Aid with light household chores which may include cooking, cleaning.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required.
