Adept Resourcing are currently seeking a proactive and analytical individual to join our client's team in an Operations Support role. This is a key position that supports the Operations Director and provides crucial assistance to account managers, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Manage and deliver weekly and monthly reports (including contract and service reports, KPI tracking, and commission management).
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks such as annual leave updates, projections, and weekly updates to the team.
  • Help with the creation of an out-of-hours rota and assist in the management of client accounts.
  • Be a central point of contact for operational and administrative support, ensuring the department functions smoothly.


Skills & Experience:

We're looking for someone with:

  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, with experience using PowerBI being highly desirable.
  • Experience in compiling and presenting reports for senior management.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in administration or operations support.


Benefits:

  • Salary: 28,000 per annum + performance-based bonus.

  • Annual Leave: 20 days + bank holidays (increasing with service), plus a holiday buy/sell scheme.
  • Training & Development: One-on-one training with the Operations Manager and ongoing support.
  • Working Hours: Office-based Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.


This role is initially a 2-year maternity cover with a strong possibility of becoming permanent as the company continues to grow.
