Day-to-Day of the Teacher Assistant Role:
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily activities that support individual learning plans tailored to students with SEN.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Teacher Assistant or in a similar role involving work with SEN students.
  • A proactive approach and a strong desire to assist children with special educational needs in exceeding their potential.
  • Must have a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively within a dynamic team.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm to go above and beyond in supporting the educational journey of students with special needs.
