About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join our team at a well-regarded school in South Yorkshire. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Support the classroom teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment.
- Help with personal care and mobility needs, if required.
- Monitor and record students’ progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN are highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
