As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to children with additional needs.
• Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored support plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with classroom management and daily activities.
• Support children with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN (in a professional or personal capacity).
• A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to learning and development.
• A passion for education and helping children achieve their potential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• An understanding of safeguarding practices (we can support you with training if needed).
