Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and patient Teaching Assistant who has experience working with autistic children. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of our students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of individualized education programs.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, focusing on social interaction, language skills, and behavior management.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and therapists to monitor and evaluate student progress.
  • Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children with autism or other special needs.
