The Peripatetic Manager will:
- Manage care homes in the absence of a permanent manager.
- Support, induct, and hand over to new home managers.
- Assist regional managers with audits, projects, and action plans.
- Oversee clinical aspects and ensure compliance with CQC requirements.
- Develop quality improvement plans for the homes.
