Building Maintenance Engineer
Location: Midlands, National Role Covering 20 Sites
Salary: Up to 37,000 basic + travel + overtime

Responsibilities:
- Perform both planned and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple sites, including basic carpentry, plumbing, and repair works.
- Work on HVAC systems, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and minor mechanical tasks (pumps, fans, motors).
- Manage contractors and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Receive AP training for additional responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Experience in property maintenance (hospital experience preferred).
- Mechanical skills (pumps, motors) are a plus.
- Knowledge of HVAC, emergency lighting, and fire alarm systems.
- Willingness to work in a team and travel nationwide.
- Full UK driving license.
