Location: Rotherham
Salary: £43,000 per annum + Benefits
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - Rotating Days (Two Week Early, One Week Days, and One Week Afters)
Are you a skilled Multi-Skilled Electrician looking for your next challenge? Join our client, a leading production company in Rotherham, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving plant performance, working on innovative projects, and supporting a 24/7 production environment.
The Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Electrician, you will:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep production running smoothly.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Lead small projects from concept through design, installation, and commissioning.
- Improve site systems, including spare parts management and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety systems, legislation, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to innovate and enhance plant reliability.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a professional with:
- Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering.
- Education to BTEC ONC/HNC Level or equivalent.
- Experience with Power Distribution, Emergency Generators, and UPS systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of PLCs, Motor Control, and Variable Speed Drives.
- Familiarity with Instrumentation and Process Controllers.
- A solid track record in a 24/7 production environment.
- Flexibility to work on a call-out basis when required.
Desirable Skills:
- 18th Edition BS7671 Electrical Regulations qualification.
- Experience with Siemens S5 and S7 systems.
