About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Dental Field Service Engineer to join a leading dental engineering team. This role focuses on the maintenance, supply, and training related to dental equipment. The engineer will work at various locations nationwide, performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to dental devices. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to manage job allocations and keeping accurate records of services and inventory through a dedicated management system. Ongoing training and development will be provided to support your growth in the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform scheduled servicing, repairs, and upgrades on dental equipment across different sites. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance, parts orders, and equipment performance using a designated management system.
  • Record-Keeping & Inventory: Organize and update service records and parts inventory within the system for accurate tracking and invoicing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers and staff, sharing knowledge and receiving guidance as needed.
  • Client Relations: Establish and maintain positive communication with clinical teams and third-party engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery and smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with the maintenance and servicing of dental equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with asset management systems, alongside good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with clinical staff and coordinating with third-party engineers.
