This company are an international company with a 50+ year history who specialise in the design and manufacturing of bespoke water treatment equipment for municipal and industrial uses. Alongside this, they also have their own fleet of hire equipment which is the area of the business this role will be working in.
In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, testing of the company's hire equipment. They will also support with the coordination of the hire equipment including carrying out site surveys, risk assessments and method reports. Training will be provided. This will be split between office and site-based work with sites located across the UK. Overnight stays will be needed occasionally.
The ideal candidate will be a mechanical or multi-skilled engineer who has experience working on heavy engineering or industrial equipment. They will also have an engineering qualification and some experience either leading people or managing work. They must be commutable to Rotherham and be willing to travel UK wide as and when needed.
