Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment that motivates and inspires students.
- Develop creative, engaging curriculum materials that bring aviation to life.
- Monitor and support student progress, ensuring timely completion and achievement.
- Provide expert advice on career pathways and industry links, fostering valuable work experience opportunities.
- Engage collaboratively with curriculum leaders and colleagues to support organisational objectives.
- Contribute to recruitment efforts, offering guidance to prospective students.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
To thrive in this role, you will:
- Hold a vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in aviation or a related field.
- Will undertake a DBS check and adhere to all safeguarding regulations
- Have substantial industry experience, and ideally, a teaching qualification (or be willing to work towards one).
- Possess a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths or be open to achieving these qualifications.
- Bring a blend of practical, theoretical, and digital approaches to learning, making complex aviation concepts accessible and exciting.
Department Information
You'll join a supportive curriculum team on-site at Rotherham, working closely with Curriculum Team Leaders under the guidance of the Curriculum Manager. Our client offers a positive, inclusive work environment where staff collaboration is key to driving success.
