Location: Holland

Are you a skilled Aluminium Welder with a passion for marine engineering? We're looking for dedicated professionals to join our team! This role involves working on aluminium boats, andexperience with yachtsis a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications to determine the appropriate welding process and procedure.

Equipment Setup: Set up welding equipment and select the proper welding methods based on the type and thickness of the aluminium being welded.

Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare metal surfaces for welding by removing any impurities or contaminants.

Welding Operations: Operate welding equipment such as MIG, welding aluminium components together to meet project specifications.

Quality Monitoring: Monitor the welding process to ensure that it meets quality standards and specifications.

Inspection and Rework: Inspect welded joints to identify any defects and perform rework as necessary to maintain high-quality standards.

Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the production team to complete welding projects within specified deadlines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in marine welding with a focus on yachts is required

Physical fitness, capable of working in confined spaces.

Ability to work 12 hours a day in tough conditions.
