We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join a leading engineering company in Rotherham as a Technical Administrator.
In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge while providing exceptional customer service. You'll manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring their orders are processed efficiently and that their needs are met with high levels of service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer orders and inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience across all stages.
- Proactively address and resolve any customer issues, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
- Assist in the quoting and processing of customer-specific orders, working closely with engineering to obtain technical details.
- Support the preparation of bids for large-scale projects, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy.
- Deliver accurate reporting on order status and actively manage any delays or issues.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to build technical expertise.
- Provide additional support to the wider customer service team when needed.
Salary: 25,000 - 27,000
37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday
