Our client is looking for aCustomer Service Administrator to ensure that all customer related issues are accurately documented and communicated to the relevant parties. This would includeany failures another part of your role would be toadminister the return of goods and progress chase third party providers to ensure the compliance of agreed processes.

Your duties will include but not be limited to

  • Actively maintain the daily late running and failed delivery report.
  • Create and monitor the rebooks and returns determining costings to all parties.
  • Initiate regular dialogue with third party providers to ensure that deliveries are meeting their booking requirements.
  • Ensure weekly KPI reports are produced in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Deal with day-to-day queries from the customers and third-party providers.
  • Record and maintain delivery discrepancies ensuring that they are reported to relevant parties.
  • Accurately administer and control all returned stock and collections.
  • Complete transport administration tasks ensure accurate weekly accounts.
  • Ensure that systems are reviewed regularly to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Help to always operate a safe environment in line with company policy.
  • Any other duties required by the business.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent current experience MS Office
  • GTS /ESP, SAP Knowledge (desirable)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a pressurised environment.
  • Excellent communication both written & verbal
  • Active listening and influencing skills, ability to deal with challenging issues.
  • Analytical approach with a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload.
