Are you a skilled and detail-oriented Production/CNC Operative looking for a new opportunity in a precision engineering environment?
Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industry, is seeking a Production/CNC Operative to join their production facility.
The Role:
* Preparing precision components for machining operations.
* Hand working precision parts, ensuring accuracy and quality.
* Reshaping and flattening parts affected by welding and heat treatment processes.
* Loading parts into the CNC lathe for machining.
* Completing work orders, inspection reports, and booking parts onto the compute system
Skills/Experience required:
* Previous experience of working with precision-engineered components.
* Ideally, a recognised apprenticeship in a craft-based or engineering pathway.
* Experience operating CNC lathes (ideally).
* Strong understanding of engineering machinery, tools, and safety practices.
Working hours:
39 hours a week: Monday - Thursday 07:30am - 4:30pm and Friday 07:30am - 12:30pm.
