Role Overview:
The main function of the role is ensure that all the companies finished products meet the customers requirements, and comply with the requirements on the companies QMS system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product verification, inspection and test at receipt, in-process and final stages of manufacture.
- Verification of tooling and fixturing.
- Verification of all required documentation supporting the manufacture of product.
- Programming and use of CMMs (with appropriate training)
- Programming and use of CNC part marking machines (with appropriate training)
- Perform audits with manufacturing staff.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Experience in an Engineering inspection environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and address quality issues.
- Familiarity with technical drawings, specifications, and inspection equipment (training provided as needed).
