Job Title: Exhibition Carpenter

Hours: Full time- 50 hours a week

Pay: £20.00ph to £25.00ph (based on experience)

Workforce Staffing are looking for experienced exhibition carpenters to join a growing exhibition company based in Halesowen.

As an Exhibition Carpenter, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in constructing and dismantling bespoke exhibition stands, display units, and intricate set pieces for a variety of events. The position demands a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality under tight deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret technical drawings and plans to construct exhibition structures to exact specifications.
- Utilize a wide range of materials and techniques to fabricate and finish high-quality joinery items.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure seamless execution from conception to completion.
- Apply problem-solving skills to overcome onsite challenges, ensuring the integrity of the final product.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in carpentry or joinery, with a portfolio showcasing previous exhibition or event-related work.
- Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools, as well as an understanding of modern construction methods.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the event schedule.
- A valid Driving Licence and the willingness to travel to various locations as required.
