Current vacancies are available for a Multi Trade Operative with a housing provider located in Dudley / Rowley Regis.
The role involves diagnosing and completing a variety of FRA works, including installation and maintenance, while ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety legislation.
Candidates should ideally possess a minimum Level 2 qualification in a trade discipline and have experience in plumbing and carpentry.
A full UK driving licence, DBS check, and good IT skills, including the use of a PDA system, are required for this position.
The salary for this role is competitive, and a van and tools will be provided to the successful candidate.

Current vacancies for Multi Trade Operative for a housing provider based in Dudley / Rowley Regis.

A mobile multi-tradesperson responsible for diagnosing and completing broad range of FRA works including installs and maintenance.

-Ensuring all works are completed in compliance with current building / construction regulations and legislative requirements.

-Ensuring all works are conducted in compliance with current health & safety legislation, with method statements and risk assessments undertaken where appropriate.

-Meeting or exceeding all KPIs including (but not limited to) customer satisfaction scores, productivity levels, quality of work, 'right first time', recalls and appointments kept

Ideally you will have level 2 minimum in a trade discipline and have experience of day to day plumbing and carpentry.
