We are currently seeking a Branch Sales Manager - West Midlands for our client who are a leading manufacturer, retailer and reseller of trailer and towing products across the globe. Based in Halesowen, the role will be to manage the retail branch and manage a team of 3 staff, ensuring excellent customer service and branch sales margins are achieved.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities
- Actively sell and promote trailers, parts and servicing to customers, ensuring all sales enquiries are handled professionally.
- Demonstrate company products and services, ensuring all sales opportunities are followed through and maximised.
- Responsible for the performance of the W Midlands Branch, ensuring that the team are working effectively and dealing with any issues that may arise.
- Ensure systems are in place to monitor and maintain stock inventory
- Maintain customer CRM system
- Manage, motivate and train your team to achieve their full potential.
Candidates must be:
- Experienced managers/ supervisors, ideally within equipment /machinery sales with a successful track record
- Customer focused and highly organise
- Effective influencers with great negotiating skills
- Driven and motivated to achieve success.
In return you will be rewarded with a salary of 37K + monthly bonus (OTE 45K) & company vehicle.
