Page Personnel are working in partnership with this reputable organisation to recruit for an Internal Sales Representative on a permanent basis. Within this role you will be able to use your skills to generate new business and manage customer relationships within the retail industry. The role is based in Rowley Regis and offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced customer service team.

Reputable family run business, specialising in the distribution and trading of products with their main operation hub based in Rowley Regis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has proven customer service background with a flair for looking after client accounts and processes.

Description

  • Generate new business opportunities and manage customer relationships.
  • Handle customer enquiries, providing high levels of service.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Participate in team meetings and sales training to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
  • Monitor and report on retail market trends.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the management team.

Profile

A successful Internal Sales Representative should have:

  • Proven customer service, and sales experience.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
