We are seeking a Heat Press Operator to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing garments for heat-seal, operating automatic heat press machines, and ensuring the highest levels of quality control. If you have a passion for embroidery and garment work, and are keen to develop new skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Prepare garments for heat-seal, including handling goods inwards.
  • Operate automatic heat press machines efficiently.
  • Monitor the machines and perform basic maintenance to ensure continuous operation.
  • Manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Perform manual handling tasks, requiring a reasonable level of physical fitness.
  • Uphold stringent quality control standards to ensure product excellence.
  • Maintain health and safety standards by following safe working practices and keeping a clean work environment.
  • Assist in the pick and pack process of orders and perform various warehouse duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred, but training can be provided.
  • A quick learner, eager to acquire and develop new skills.
  • Strong enthusiasm for learning new systems and working processes.
  • Creative eye combined with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Reliable timekeeping and comfortable managing tight deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and orderly working area.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Good IT skills and an aptitude for learning new software.
