We are seeking an ASB and Safeguarding Officer for a well-established housing organization in Birmingham, offering a hybrid working arrangement.
This temporary position requires a commitment of 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £23-26 per hour, paid weekly via umbrella.
The role involves managing a case-load related to ASB, tenancy breaches, safeguarding, and tenancy fraud while ensuring effective communication with tenants.
Candidates should have experience in dealing with tenancy breaches and managing ASB cases, as well as working with vulnerable customers.
An immediate start is available for applicants who meet the experience requirements.

We are looking for an ASB and Safeguarding Officer to join the team of a well established housing organisation. Dealing with tenants in regards to reducing the risk of tenancy failure
Managing a case-load of ASB, tenancy breaches, safeguarding and tenancy fraud cases
Ensuring tenants receive good customer service and communication through out
Making appropriate referrals to statutory agencies and other organisations
Instigating tenancy enforcement and court action, working closely with the legal team

As an ASB and Safeguarding Officer, you will have:

Experience dealing with tenancy breaches, safeguarding and tenancy fraud
Previously managed your own case-load of ASB
Investigated ASB and tenancy related issues
Worked with vulnerable customers and enforcement of tenancy conditions
