Our client, a reputable residential developer and house builder based in West Midlands, is seeking a confident and motivatedCustomer Care/Service Coordinatorto join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to manage customer care operations and ensure high satisfaction among new homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Customer Services Inbox: Efficiently manage and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Log Communications: Accurately log all customer telephone calls and emails.
  • Weekly Defects Reporting: Prepare and issue weekly defects reports for each site as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
  • Feedback Provision: Provide valuable feedback to the technical department regarding defective materials.
  • Work Allocation: Correctly allocate work to the Customer Support operative team, site teams, and contractors to address issues in new customer homes.
  • Contractor Oversight: Oversee contractor work and report any poor outcomes to the Head of Customer Service.
  • Schedule Coordination: Balance and coordinate the scheduling of trades and CRM diaries.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain reasonable timescales for remediation works and ensure continuous communication with customers throughout the process.
