Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team at [School Name] in Rowley Regis. In this role, you will provide essential support to two pupils with additional needs, helping them achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support two pupils with additional needs in their educational and personal development.
- Guide and assist pupils with their work, both in the classroom and during extra-curricular activities.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the pupils' needs are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with SEND pupils, ideally in a school setting.
- Ability to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, during term time.
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant subject area (e.g., Teaching Assistant qualification).
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one before starting.
