Trainee Cover Supervisor.
Location: Southampton.
Pay - £100 - £115 a day.

Vision for Education have designed our very own Cover Supervisor Programme in collaboration with North East Partnership SCITT.
This programme consists of 4 mandatory courses which includes:
- Dedicated training in areas including safeguarding, special needs awareness, being an effective Cover Supervisor, behaviour management, mental health issues, data protection and cyber security.
- Advice and guidance from industry professionals.
- Support from education recruitment experts to find Cover Supervisor roles once the training programme is complete.
Candidates will be provided with access to a further 5 recommended courses which count towards their continual professional development (CPD).
Apply today for more information and an opportunity to enrol onto the course, you will need to attend a training day at our Southampton office where you will have a specialised recruitment consultant deliver a useful presentation about what makes a successful Cover Supervisor and once you have attended this, completed all 4 courses and worked 5 days in a school you will graduate!
