A superb new opportunity to join a fast growing automotive organisation in Warwick. Due to recent acquisitions and the ongoing growth of our business, it is an exciting time to join, our client is recruiting for Telesales Executives to join the existing team.

This role is an excellent opportunity for any individual looking to progress into a full sales role, initially you will assist the current sales team in closing opportunities and helping further service clients and gain additional opportunities to supply vehicles. The aim is for all telesales executives to move into a full sales role, our client will put in place a structured and comprehensive training plan to enable your progression.

Please note this is an office based role - working hours are 8.30-5.00 Monday to Friday.

Your role will include but not limited to:

路 Making warm calls to our existing client base to strengthen our relationships.

路 Call customers with pending renewals to qualify requirements and pass to sales team to prepare quotations.

路 Follow up on quotations sent to customer to see if they require assistance or are looking to proceed.

路 Update and maintain our opportunity pipeline on the CRM.

路 Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements

路 Be extremely confident and motivated in making outbound phone calls.

路 Have the drive and ambition to progress into a sales role.

路 Be competent in using web-based systems.

路 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

路 Have a strong understanding of customer service and relationship management.

路 Always be professional, honest and work with integrity, we operate in a highly regulated industry.

路 Confident communicator that easily builds rapport at all levels, from company car drivers up to managing directors.

路 Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail.

路 Proficient in Microsoft office.

路 Ability to forge relationships internally and work closely with a sales team.
