An exciting opportunity has arisen for a German-speaking Programme Manager to join a leading engineering consultancy based in Leamington Spa. Working across a portfolio of technically demanding projects, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions to a global customer base.
Key Responsibilities of a Programme Manager:Lead and manage multiple high-value, multi-year programmes for international clients.
Act as the senior point of contact for customers, building strong and lasting relationships.
Oversee project reviews, manage timelines, track budgets, and ensure project milestones are met.
Support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, including after-sales service.
Monitor project scope and lead customer negotiations on changes and variations.
Report regularly on project performance to senior stakeholders.
Ensure full compliance with internal project management standards and procedures.
Fluent in German and English – essential for supporting customers in Germany.
Solid background in automotive project delivery – ideally within motorsport or drive train systems.
Degree qualified in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Proficient in MS Office, including MS Project.
Strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and communication skills.
Methodical approach to problem-solving using tools such as 8D or similar.
Membership with APM or equivalent project management body.
Experience working with MRP/ERP systems.
