Responsibilities for an Service Manager
- Assist in the organisation and management of the service team and workshop.
- Ensure timely and efficient call-outs, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and parts availability.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with valued customers.
- Manage all aspects of service delivery and workshop functions.
Requirements for Service Manager
Full UK Driving licence- Can do attitude
- Ideally have a NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, Plant, HGV or Construction
- Previous Agricultural experience
Other industries considered;
Plant / HGV / Powered Access / Generator / Heavy plant / Forklifts / Agricultural
