Robert Half are delighted to partner with an international solutions provider who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant into a growing Finance team. The ideal candidate will be an AAT qualified candidate who has a number years of previous general all round accounts experience. The role will report directly to the FD and work with them in order to deliver in a growing multi-company environment.

Role Responsibilities

Bank Management - Inputting of all bank transactions and bank reconciliations on to the system. Inputting bank payments, suppliers, and staff expenses onto Bank, and submission of requests to HQ.
Updating and posting of Fixed Assets
Compilation and Submission of Intercompany Recharges.
Assist with year-end Audit queries
Prepare Sales Analysis for managers
Credit control
Cover for Purchase ledger, Sales Ledger, and HQ cash reporting
Assistance with Management Accounts Reporting
