- Serve as the main point of contact for customer orders, handling enquiries via phone and email
- Process and place customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Provide quotes based on dimensions and measurements in line with customer requirements
- Liaise with internal production teams to ensure orders meet deadlines and specifications
- Assist with designs and work instructions to ensure smooth production processes
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Record and store technical drawings for future reference
- Previous experience in administration and customer service
- Strong IT skills and experience using CRM systems
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Competitive salary of up to £29,000pa DOE
- Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
