Chef de partie/commis/Demi chef looking for an exciting next step
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility of working all sections of kitchen including cold, larder, fish, sauce, meat and pass
- Full engagement and involvement in back office operations
- All aspects of health & safety
In order to be considered, applicants must:
- Currently be at Chef de partie, Commis Chef or Demi Chef de partie level within a restaurant or High Quality Dining venue and good understanding of health and safety surrounding this
- Have a great Kitchen presence and team work ethic
- Classically trained, happy to follow company recipes
- Have real passion to deliver an excellent experience
