Are you a Salesman with experience in a commercial setting, within the warehouse or distribution industry and is looking for a new and exciting opportunity with a specialist company that offers commission pay, hybrid working, and a bonus structure to enhance your salary package?

This established company specialises in providing professional industrial cleaning services for distribution warehouses, including ambient, chilled, and freezer chambers. With over 18 years of experience in specialist industrial cleaning, they work with major companies such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Müller.

In this varied role, you will drive business development initiatives and effectively meet or exceed annual sales targets. Additionally you will develop client relationships, identify and pursue project opportunities, whilst attending industry events and conferences to promote the company's offerings and network with key stakeholders.

This role would be perfect for someone with proven sales experience in either the hygiene or warehouse distribution market, who is looking for a position offering hybrid working opportunities and the chance to increase their income through commission and bonus pay.

The Role:

  • Create and execute effective business development strategies to drive growth and meet company objectives
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the client base
  • Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm)

The Person:

  • Proven track record in business development
  • Experience in the warehouse Hygiene or Warehouse distribution industry is essential
