Marketing Manager
OA are currently working with a growing organisation within the roofing solutions industry, seeking a creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys integrating sales and marketing strategies, and has a flair for driving brand growth through innovation.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (40-hour week)
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Marketing Manager – Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver creative, strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and audiences.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align strategies and maximise impact.
- Analyse market trends, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to optimise results.
- Manage budgets and oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials.
Marketing Manager – Key Skills and Experience:
- A Marketing Degree, CIM qualification, or relevant experience is desirable.
- Prior marketing experience in the construction/roofing industry is advantageous.
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO, social media, and analytics.
- A creative mindset with a proven ability to enhance brand value and messaging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commercial awareness.
