Role: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Wireless Station Park, Chestnut Lane, Bassingbourn

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Shaping and executing marketing strategies to generate leads and elevate the brand.
  • Collaborating with directors to target the right markets and refine our approach.
  • Owning digital marketing efforts—SEO, social media, and content creation.
  • Managing a Marketing Executive and working alongside a small, energetic sales team.
  • Enhancing the customer journey across B2B markets.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
  • Analysing what works, ditching what doesn’t, and keeping the strategy sharp.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials and collateral.

This role will be known internally as Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • A generalist marketer with proven digital expertise—SEO is your thing.
  • Commercially focused with experience in B2B (bonus points for B2C exposure).
  • A creative thinker who can build a brand and deliver results.
  • Someone who understands the full customer journey and thrives on optimising it.
  • Strong understanding and experience of marketing principles, including proven experience in marketing roles, preferable within the construction industry.
  • Excellent understanding of the link between Sales and Marketing
  • A team player who can work closely with leadership but loves to take the reins.
