Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully manage accounts and maintain contact throughout the year with your client database, keeping accurate and up-to-date records on the company's CRM system.
- Secure renewal clients across the portfolio while sourcing new business.
- Maintain a high standard of outbound telephone call rates.
- Achieve personal and product targets.
- Maintain the high profile of the company throughout the industry through client visits and attendance at a range of industry events.
- Assist the Management team in coordinating sales campaigns, identifying potential difficulties, and providing solutions.
- Outbound sales/telesales experience
