Are you passionate about driving positive change and improving manufacturing processes? Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Royston, is seeking a skilled and motivated Fabrications Production Operative to join their team.
This full time, permanent role involves supporting the production of components to ensure they conform to customer requirements within the Fabrications Value stream
You’ll have previous sheet metal and fabricating experience and must be able to read and interpret technical documentation, visual aids and data sheets.

What you’ll be doing
- Accurate interpretation and completion of production route cards
- Manufacture components which will involve vac blasting (very similar to sandblasting) where full training will be given
- Part marking the components and supporting the fabrication department as required
- Achieve company work & quality standards in addition to delivery targets
- Perform all reasonable requests made by management
