Remuneration: £30,000 - £32,000 + £3,000 bonus Benefits: Comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Project Coordinator - Roofing & Waterproofing Systems will involve:
- Project Coordinator position dealing with a high quality range of roofing and waterproofing systems
- Acting as the central point of contact internally and externally with clients and suppliers
- Agreeing commercial terms on all orders and ensure order paperwork has necessary information
- Scheduling deliveries of orders and liaising with clients to ensure dates are appropriate
- Uploading new orders onto internal systems
- Raising invoices as and when required
The ideal applicant will be a Project Coordinator - Roofing & Waterproofing Systems with:
- Must have project coordination / management or associated experience
- Experience in the construction industry ideal, any roofing experience highly beneficial
- Other job roles considered: Service Coordinator, Hire Desk Controller, Office Administrator, Commercial Coordinator
- High levels of organisation with the ability to manage diary
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ITliterate (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, SAGE, CRM)
- Logical thinker, strong numerical background, problem solver
- Ability to work autonomously
