As part of continued growth, they are seeking a Project Coordinator to support projects from the commercial phase through to completion, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer communication.Project Coordinator – Details

Project Coordinator – Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Management – Handling project agreements, processing warranties, and managing required documentation.
  • Order Processing – Adding new orders to internal systems, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Invoicing – Managing invoices for project stages and final balances.
  • Project Tracking – Maintaining project plans and coordinating internal meetings.
  • Design Coordination – Scheduling design work, ensuring deadlines are met, and issuing approval drawings.
  • Customer Communication – Providing updates and managing client expectations.
  • Deliveries & Logistics – Organising deliveries, shipping documents, and tracking costs.
  • Documentation & Aftersales Support – Preparing instruction materials and handling customer queries.
  • Reporting & Admin – Completing sales reports, managing priority tasks, and overseeing framework agreements.
  • Time Management – Allocating work hours and handling overtime submissions.

Project Coordinator – What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • A methodical approach with strong attention to detail.
