Salary:£30,000 - £45,000 DOE

Role Overview

ASales Estimatorwill play a pivotal role in the sales team, focusing primarily on a specific product group. In this position, you will handle customer enquiries, review CAD drawings, and provide detailed quotations for Tier 1 construction clients. Youll be responsible for managing project information on their CRM, tracking project progress, and maintaining strong communication with both the sales and project management teams.

This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of technical understanding and strong customer service skills. Your ability to quickly assess client needs and propose tailored solutions will be essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to Enquiries:Efficiently manage incoming customer enquiries via email and phone, helping customers select suitable products.
  • Quotation Preparation:Review CAD drawings and models to develop accurate quotations.
  • Data Management:Enter and track project information and follow-up tasks on the CRM.
  • Customer Relations:Follow up on quotes, manage CRM follow-up tasks, and build confidence in the product offerings through strong product knowledge and customer service.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive project momentum.
Requirements

Technical Background:Experience with construction drawings and models.

Customer Service Skills:Excellent communication skills and confidence when speaking with customers on the phone.

Organisational Ability:Strong ability to manage follow-up tasks and stay organised in a busy work environment.

Computer Proficiency:Experience with Microsoft Office apps and HubSpot (or similar CRM software).
