Customer Service Representative - Main duties:

  • Handling incoming calls and forwarding them as necessary
  • Managing inbound emails and responding promptly
  • Processing customer orders using the Sage accounts system
  • Preparing required information for production
  • Managing logistics, including international freight
  • Answering price enquiries and providing quotations
  • Responding to basic technical product queries
  • Carrying out general office administrative tasks

Customer Service Representative - What we need from you:

  • Previous experience in office-based Customer Service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Confident speaking to customers on the phone
  • Organised, efficient, and proactive
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment
  • Background in manufacturing or construction is desirable but not essential
